1. Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing this ticket, you agree to comply with all event terms and conditions. Please review the liability and responsibility guidelines that outline attendee and organizer obligations under U.S. law. Your participation confirms your acceptance of these terms.


2. STRICT ARRIVAL TIME: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
You must arrive between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The gates will be open for exactly one hour.
Entry will be closed at 5:01 PM with no exceptions. Late arrivals will not be admitted under any circumstances, and no refunds will be issued.
The venue has controlled-access gates that will be locked precisely at 5:00 PM. Please plan your arrival accordingly.


3. Mandatory AI Interview via GiveMagix App
To attend this event, you must complete a conversational AI interview through the GiveMagix mobile app.
Download and install the app, then complete your interview before the event.
Failure to complete this requirement will result in denial of entry, regardless of ticket purchase.
This process ensures quality networking for all attendees.


4. Beverage Policy — BYOB Sharing Table
We do not serve or sell alcohol or any consciousness-altering substances at this event.
If you wish to enjoy such beverages, you are welcome to bring your own and contribute them to our sharing table.
Our bartender will prepare drinks from shared contributions, allowing attendees to enjoy what they brought or what others have shared.
Please bring enough to share if this is important to your experience.



5. ZERO TOLERANCE: Illegal Substances Strictly Prohibited
Absolutely no illegal drugs or controlled substances.
The possession, use, or being under the influence of any narcotic or controlled substance prohibited under U.S. federal or California state law is strictly forbidden.
Attendees found in violation will be immediately removed from the premises and may be reported to law enforcement.
Entry while impaired by any illegal substance will result in denial of admission with no refund.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy to ensure everyone’s safety and full compliance with the law.
